What are your store hours?
 Mobile-One's business hours are as follows:

  • Monday through Saturday 9AM-7PM (Metairie store 9AM - 9PM)
  • Sunday 11AM-6PM.

There may be special events throughout the year and the normal business hours would be adjusted to support the event.


 How much does it cost to install an in dash stereo?
 Mobile-One is Home of the Free Install!
Purchase Any In-Dash CD or Cassette Head Unit from Mobile-One and We'll Install It FREE! Applies to normal installation only- Kits, adapters, modifications or custom work not included in free offer. Offer does not apply to video head units.


 Can I wait to get my product installed?
 Yes, you may wait to have your product installed, however, for your convenience, we ask that you just drop off your vehicle and we will call upon completion.


 What is the return policy?
 Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in new condition to Mobile-One within 7 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange. Before we can offer you an exchange or refund, we only ask that you include all of the original cartons, packing materials, manuals, accessories, antennas, etc. along with the product you wish to return. All must be in "like-new" conditions. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged for products not in "like-new" condition. Sorry, installation charges, shop charges, connect fees and open accessories are non-refundable.


 Do you offer a layaway program?
 Yes. Mobile One offers a 30 day layaway program for our customers with a minimum 20% deposit of the purchase price. Our layaway program guarantees the price of a particular product, we do not hold the product. The layaway program is only for current merchandise so when paid in full, if the store of your choice is out of stock, we will locate the merchandise at another Mobile One location.


 Can I finance my purchase?
 Yes. Mobile One offers financing with credit approval on a revolving charge account and often extends special financing terms during events throughout the year.


 Do you offer extended warranty on the products you sell?
 When purchased, our No Lemon Plan provides you with a one-time, one year over the counter exchange or repair in the event of a manufacturer's defect. This program includes standard removal and reinstallation of your equipment.
Plus: Receive a purchase credit on your unused No Lemon Plan.
Purchase credit must be claimed within 30 days of the expired No Lemon Plan and applied to merchandise valued at $200 or more. Exchanged equipment must include original receipt, cartons, packing material, manuals, accessories, etc. No Exceptions. Any physical damage voids plan. No deductible required. It's that simple!
